First time at a cat cafe, wasn't sure what to expect. The cats were shy at first and then they came in droves. And kept coming. And kept coming. Soon they were everywhere and I wanted to die just so that I could die as happy as I was in that moment. My hot chocolate was nothing to write home about but it got the job done. So many cats, so many ragdolls that just want to cuddle it was wild.

No age restrictions meant there were a dozen kids running around constantly, bothering and scaring off the cats. For some reason there are things like typewriters for the kids to make more noise on. They don't bother to have any staff in the cat area so the kids can do whatever they want to the cats. We had to leave early because we were so uncomfortable with how the cats were being treated. If you actually care about cats, do not support this place.

Disgraceful environment for the cats. Paid for an hour and left after 15 minutes in tears as I was so upsetting seeing a tonne of kids let loose into the cat rooms with absolutely no introductions to cat behaviour and etiquette. Parents two rooms over not even keeping an eye on them while the kids shoved toys into the faces and chased around cats who clearly were stressed and upset. Save yourself the trip if you actually care about animal welfare. Not to mention massive mats on some cats fur and a worrying amount of eye discharge. (Coming from someone who's worked with cats for years I can't believe the owners are okay with this even remotely)

The place is great! The cats are adorable and well looked after, the place looks great and the staff are super friendly. The people who blamed staff for not surpervising the children around the cats should talk to the parents about watching their own litter!
