Cat Cafe Neko no Niwa was the first cat cafe to open in Singapore. All of their cats were adopted and while they do encourage adoption, their cats are permanent residents. They take reservations over the phone at +65 6536 5319.

Their minimum stay time is one hour, with prices starting at S$12 for the first hour and S$5 for a half hour after that. They also have three hour pass for S$24 and a whole day pass for S$32. If you're a student, don't forget your ID! The cafe offers a free hot chocolate with the three hour and whole day passes for students.
